The Northern Rivers Talking Turkey (NRTT), is a rural independent newspaper based out of Kyogle in the Northern Rivers district of NSW Australia, which has the goal of informing local people about local and other issues of interest and promoting knowledge to the community about new and existing businesses and services available in our area.

Kyogle Tidy Towns committee are co-coordinating the Clean-up Australia Day activities this year for Kyogle township. This is one way members of the community can complement the hard work of our council workers who try to keep looking Kyogle spick and span and welcoming for residents and visitors.
Sign on will be at the Showground between 8am and 10am on Sunday 7th March 2010. Please bring gloves, sunscreen, water and a hat with you. There maybe a particular area that disgusts you because it is untidy with litter, this is your opportunity to clean it up. If you are aware of any large objects that have been dumped please report their location to Tidy Towns Secretary phone 6633 9143.
