The Northern Rivers Talking Turkey (NRTT), is a rural independent newspaper based out of Kyogle in the Northern Rivers district of NSW Australia, which has the goal of informing local people about local and other issues of interest and promoting knowledge to the community about new and existing businesses and services available in our area.

The Northern Rivers Talking Turkey covers news and events which affect you, in your local area. Serving Kyogle, Casino, Wiangaree, Woodenbong, Urbenville, Bonalbo, Cawongla, Wadeville, Nimbin, Mt Burrill, Uki and everywhere between.

‘LIVE IT NOW’ is the title for this year’s Youth Week and to support the creative talents of youth living in the Kyogle Local Government area the Roxy Gallery and Kyogle Council, with sponsorship support from Tursa Employment and Training are undertaking a Youth Art Competition for people aged 13-25 yrs.
There are two categories: 2 Dimensional art and 3 Dimensional art each offering a $250 art supply voucher, proudly sponsored by TURSA Employment and Training. So youth of Kyogle Live It Now and get your creative talents out into the public domain. All works entered will be on exhibit at the Roxy gallery from 12th April – 8th May 2010.
